My Approach
Identifying the thoughts, feelings, and inner struggles that are holding us back can be daunting, but my role is to walk alongside you, enabling you to find clarity, calm and good mental health.
Central to my counselling ethos is the importance of creating a safe, non-judgemental place, where you are free to be yourself, and to explore any aspect of life that is important to you.

My style is one of warmth, openness, and empathy, where I support you in making the change in yourself you wish to see.

My qualifications
Both my Diploma in Integrative Counselling, and ongoing Masters in Mental Health Sciences, mean you can be confident you are in safe hands.
I am a member of the BACP, and abide by their code of ethical and professional standards.
I look forward to meeting with you
